Dynamic development of our organization determines the necessity of continuous extension of our workers‘ knowledge, acquisition of new competences, permanent investment in the development of all employees.

Training policy of BLStream Group is directed towards all employees and though the trainings are open for general use, each person is assigned an individual development program, prepared and adjusted to their individual needs. Such a program may include:

• specialized trainings – dedicated to specific specializations and positions
• self-development workshops – developing interpersonal skills
• on the job training- participation in our customers‘ projects under the supervision of the mananger and senior team members
• lidership trainings - dedicated to present or future manager
• goals related to self-education – the company provides a rich library of books on technology and self-development
